UNCLAIMED ITEMS POLICY
💥Unclaimed Race/Auction Items: All unclaimed Race or Auction Items must be claimed within 9 months of winning, unless you have an active wallet. If any item in your wallet is a Race or Auction item, it is considered a "Regular Wallet." Regular wallets will expire 9 months after the most recent item is added (including giveaway items), unless you contact me and ask me to hold the wallet longer. For any Regular Wallets, I will make reasonable attempts to contact you prior to any forfeiture of the items (this may include tagging you in a post/video on youtube, or sending you an email). If I cannot find your channel on youtube and I do not have your email address, I won't be able to contact you about your unclaimed items. If, after reasonable attempts have been made to contact you, expired wallets will be forfeited. Items will either be used as Giveaway items on my channel, or will be donated to a benefit stream (such as the Wounded Warrior Project benefit stream, etc.) in the Youtube coin community, at my sole discretion. For items won prior to 6/31/2024, this policy will become effective 10/2/2024. For items won on or after 6/31/2024, this policy is effective immediately.
💥Unclaimed Credits: All credits must be used within 6 months of when they are received, unless you contact me and ask me to hold the credits longer. For any credits, I will make reasonable attempts to contact you prior to any forfeiture of the credits (this may include tagging you in a post/video on youtube, or sending you an email). If I cannot find your channel on youtube and I do not have your email address, I won't be able to contact you about your unclaimed items. If, after reasonable attempts have been made to contact you, expired credits will be forfeited. Forfeited credits will be used to support a benefit stream (such as the Wounded Warrior Project benefit stream, etc.) in the manner I see as best (this may include using them for "spots" in races, applying toward auction items, etc.). For credits received prior to 6/31/2024, this policy will become effective 10/2/2024. For items won on or after 6/31/2024, this policy is effective immediately.
💥Unclaimed Giveaway Items: All giveaway items must be claimed within 4 months, unless you have an active wallet. If all items within your wallet are giveaway items, it is considered a "giveaway wallet." Giveaway wallets expire 4 months after the most recent item is won, unless you contact me and ask to hold the wallet longer. Giveaway items that are forfeited when the wallet expires will either be given away again on my channel, or given to a benefit stream (such as the Wounded Warrior Project benefit stream, etc.) in the Youtube coin community, at my sole discretion. For items won prior to 6/31/2024, this policy will become effective 10/2/2024. For items won on or after 6/31/2024, this policy is effective immediately.
COMBINED SHIPPING POLICIES
💥Combined Race Item Shipping Bonus: To share in the cost savings when combining race items into 1 shipment, you will receive 1 Free Spot race credit (up to $6 value) at the time of shipping, if your shipment contains at least 3 "race win" items. Multiple items won on a single race (such as 2 half-ounce rounds) count as 1 "race win" item. Items won using banks (such as a 2oz round for "2 banks") count as 1 "race win" item. Your entire wallet will be shipped in a combined package when you request shipment. Auction items do not apply to this bonus. This bonus cannot be combined with the Combined GAW Shipping Upgrade. This bonus will only apply 1 time per shipment.
💥Combined GAW Shipping Bonus: When combining multiple (4 or more) giveaway (GAW) items into 1 shipment, you will receive a complementary upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage Shipping (with tracking included). Multiple items won on a single GAW (such as 2 war nickels) count as 1 "GAW" item. Your entire wallet will be shipped in a combined package when you request shipment. Auction items do not apply to this bonus. This bonus cannot be combined with the Combined Race Item Shipping Bonus.

💥Shipping Disclaimer: Please understand that I cannot assume responsibility in the event an item is lost during shipping. Priority shipping is recommended, and for items of high value, shipping insurance is recommended. To upgrade to Priority Mail shipping, or to add additional Insurance at your expense, email me, or select Priority Mail during checkout. I will select the shipping method unless YOU reach out to me immediately to make alternative arrangements, or have selected the shipping method during checkout; pre-payment is required for your preferred shipping method. I only ship within the United States of America (USA), unless we have made prior arrangements for me to hold a "wallet" for you; in such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
